Utilize the Self-Sponsorship Route
Wesbridge Associates supports companies in leveraging the self-sponsorship route to attract entrepreneurial talent and drive innovation. By guiding businesses through sponsor licence applications and compliance requirements, we help organizations unlock growth opportunities while adhering to UK immigration regulations

The Process

Step 1: Dedicated Self-Sponsorship Specialist
To kick off the process, we will assign a highly skilled and dedicated Self-Sponsorship Specialist to oversee your case from start to finish. This specialist will ensure personalized guidance and support throughout every step, tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.

Step 2: Agreement and Client Care Letter (CCL)
You will receive a formal Client Care Letter (CCL), a comprehensive document outlining the full scope of services we’ll provide. This letter serves as our agreement, detailing all terms and conditions. Once you review and accept the CCL, we will officially begin the journey to meet your objectives.

Step 3: Business Incorporation and Registration
We will assist you in setting up your UK-based business, ensuring that all essential registrations are completed. This includes establishing your business with HMRC and obtaining crucial documents, such as PAYE registration, VAT registration, and employer liability insurance, to meet compliance standards.

Step 4: Business Essentials and Branding
Our team will work with you to identify and appoint key personnel for your Sponsor Licence application. This includes selecting the Authorising Officer and Level 1 user, ensuring the roles are filled by qualified individuals capable of managing sponsorship duties.

Step 5: Appointing Key Personnel
We will prepare a detailed representation explaining why your business requires a Sponsor Licence. This includes providing expert guidance on setting up a business structure that aligns with Home Office requirements and demonstrates your need for sponsorship capabilities.

Step 6: Sponsorship Management System (SMS) Representation
To meet UKVI compliance standards, we will deploy an effective HR system for your business. This system will be designed to ensure you meet all regulatory requirements, including record-keeping and reporting obligations.

Step 7: Sponsor Licence Application
Once your business setup is complete, we will guide you through the process of securing a Sponsor Licence. Our support will include gathering and submitting all required documentation while addressing any queries that may arise during the application process.

Step 8: HR Compliance and Representation
We will deploy an HR system and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.

Step 9: Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) Assistance
With your Sponsor Licence in place, we will assist you in obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship. This certificate is essential for your sponsored worker and will be tailored to the specific requirements of your business.

Step 10: Mock Training for Home Office Interviews
To prepare for a potential Home Office interview, we will conduct thorough mock training sessions. These sessions are designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to address any questions from the Home Office effectively, should an interview be required.

Step 11: Ongoing Support
Our team will provide ongoing support for any communications with the Home Office, ensuring your application is managed seamlessly. We will address all inquiries and provide updates until a final decision is reached, as outlined in the agreed retainer.
